We are looking for an Apprentice who will be trained as Junior Commissioning and Service Engineer for our Smart Infrastructures division located in Firenze . Your Challenge Learn to program fire detection, access control CCTV and intrusion systems. Learn to program supervision systems which control the field equipment. Interact with the Project Manager to collect the information for the development of the software. Deliver support services by using remote connections to customer systems by web tool, phone, other communication media or site visit. Perform assigned service and commissioning activities using innovative digital solutions and tools (developed by HQ). Provide operational assistance and application support. Diagnose, clarify and resolve technical problems. Clarify events, analyze trace and diagnostic information, provide information about its findings to solve the issue and provide guidance for the next steps. Required entry qualifications You have less than 30 years of age, in accordance with the Italian apprenticeship contract. You have obtained a technical diploma in Electronic, Computer Science, Mechatronics or Automation or you have a technical academic background (ITS Degree). You have knowledge regarding some IT topics related to networking, VPN, Firewall, Cybersecurity, Virtualization, Remote Connection. These are preferred. Good Italian and English knowledge. You have the aspiration to develop a technical path and grow. A previous internship experience is welcome. Ability to work in a changing environment.
