Puntando sulle diversità legate ai territori, storie e culture dell'ospitalità, che da secoli ruotano attorno alle uniche vere sorgenti termali naturali, TERME ITALIA GROUP basa la propria offerta di Well-Being su Brand storici quali Terme di Saturnia, Terme di Chianciano, Monticello SPA e Terme de Montel.Siamo alla ricerca di Product Manager, area piattaforme ticketing, loyalty e welfare.La Persona inserita fungerà da supporto nell’implementazione e nel management di piani di Sales & Marketing occupandosi della gestione operativa e digitale dell’area partecipando allo sviluppo e alla gestione delle nostre piattaforme digitali, collaborando con team interni e partner esterni per creare soluzioni innovative.Di cosa ti occuperai:Gestione partnership: Negoziare e stipulare contratti con piattaforme, aziende convenzionate e partner strategici.Processi digitali: Costruire e ottimizzare i processi di gestione tecnologica delle piattaforme, inclusa la gestione di voucher e codici sconto, in collaborazione con il team IT.Roadmap tecnologica: Definire la roadmap di sviluppo e coordinare le attività con l’area IT per garantire evoluzioni costanti.Codificazione e aggiornamento: Mantenere aggiornato il funzionamento delle piattaforme e assicurare la corretta implementazione delle modifiche;Costruzione di P&L e business plan dell’area Piattaforme e Convenzioni, elaborazione della reportistica con l’area finance e controllo di gestione e coordinamento delle funzioni amministrative su fatturazione e processi di gestione;Marketing e promozioni: Ideare piani di marketing sulle piattaforme, condurre ricerche di mercato, negoziare spazi pubblicitari e realizzare iniziative promozionali per partner e società convenzionate.Avrai l’opportunità di contribuire alla crescita di un progetto innovativo, coordinando un team di lavoro e inserendoti in un ambiente in crescita e collaborativo, con spazio per proporre idee e fare concretamente la differenza. Prevediamo un inserimento con contratto a tempo indeterminato, CCNL Aziende Termali, per una RAL compresa tra i 35.000€ e 45.000€, ticket restaurant, flessibilità.
