This team is central to delivery of a Generative‑AI‑based service at a high quality bar. The right candidate will possess an understanding of engaging with science and engineering teams to deliver foundational technologies and customer experience at a high quality bar.A day in the lifeCut through ambiguity, apply mechanisms, deliver requirements and engage deeply with science, engineering, feature and UX teams to deliver bar‑raising customer experiences. Ultimately, you own the customer experience, with customer satisfaction as your ultimate success measure. You will engage with science and engineering teams daily, and update senior leadership on progress weekly. This is a high‑velocity, high‑ambiguity problem space; scrappiness and ability to drive teams with clarity will allow for success.About the teamWe are a functional team of product leaders (with some TPM, data science, and BI support) that spans critical areas of the Alexa product experience. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market.
