Our work demands precision, creativity, and an unwavering commitment to quality.The RoleWe’re looking for a Project Coordinator to support the delivery of creative projects across our agency. You’ll be the glue that holds projects together — the person who ensures nothing falls through the cracks as work moves between our creative team, account managers, production specialists, and external suppliers.Day‑to‑day, you’ll keep project data accurate, chase progress across teams, coordinate with suppliers on timelines and deliverables, and support the administrative side of our B2C order processing. You’ll work closely with our Senior Account Manager and Operations Manager, acting as the connective tissue that keeps our delivery operations running smoothly.This is a junior role, but one with real scope to grow. You’ll start by supporting our production and sourcing teams administratively, with a clear path toward owning supplier relationships as you develop. The role is open to those who are fully remote and able to work on CET hours, with a preference for candidates located closer to Milan who can spend time in our HQ.RequirementsProject CoordinationAct as the link between creative, account management, and production — ensuring handoffs run smoothly and timelines stay on trackChase progress, gather updates, and keep stakeholders aligned on deliverablesMaintain accurate project data in Asana so the team always has a clear picture of where things standSpot bottlenecks and flag risks before they become problemsPrepare status updates and keep project documentation organisedBe the person who knows where everything is and what’s happening nextSupplier AdministrationProcess quotes and coordinate with suppliers on timelines and deliverablesSupport the Print Production Manager and Sourcing Manager with vendor communicationsKeep product information up to date across systemsB2B Order ProcessingProcess invoices and order documentationCoordinate with warehouse and logistics partners on fulfilment and deliveryBenefitsEssential :Experience in an agency, project delivery, or production environmentComfortable working with project management tools (Asana or similar)Some exposure to logistics, retail, or e‑commerce operationsHighly organised with strong attention to detailProactive communicator — you follow up without being askedClear written and verbal EnglishAvailable to work CET business hoursThe role is open to those who are fully remote and able to work on CET hours, with a preference for candidates located closer to Milan who can spend time in our HQ.Nice to have :Publishing or print production experienceExperience working with international suppliers or logistics partners#J-18808-Ljbffr
