We design, manufacture, and service the products and solutions that keep the world connected.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate Manufacturing Readiness – New Product IntroductionExecute projects to provide all technical capabilities to TM manufacturing sites for NPI, productivity/efficiency improvement programs, and other strategic projects for the BUsMajor contributor to defining the right processes for TM product assembly and testingSpecify new (Smart) technologies, jigs, and fixtures to achieve efficient manufacturingContribute to DFM analyses and coordination within NPDI teamsSupport the implementation of Operations Excellence projects across BUs in TM productionsWork on specific tasks assigned by the TM Advanced Manufacturing Engineering ManagerResponsible for the successful Manufacturing/Engineering Prototype build, including the EoL testR&D cooperation and supportAct as the main contributor to the Manufacturing processesContribute to automation improvementsContribute to RTG/STD hours improvementsContribute to assembly line optimizationCooperate with VOS and other departments on production improvementsQualificationsTechnical Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or Management EngineeringAt least 5‑10 years of working experience in a similar roleKnowledge of CAD toolsEnglish language proficiencyAvailable to travel, if neededBenefits & Core ValuesSafety.
