An AWS Technical Account Manager is a trusted advisor and cloud operations architect for our Enterprise Support customers. As a trusted advisor, you’ll have a direct impact on helping customers gain the most value from cloud technology. You’ll craft and execute strategies to drive our customers’ adoption and use of AWS services, including EC2, S3, DynamoDB, RDS, Lambda recoil, CloudFront CDN, IoT and many others. Our Technical Account Managers partner with a wide range of customers, from rising startups building their business from scratch to large enterprises undergoing significant transformation. You’ll provide advice on architecture, support strategy, project and launch planning, and ongoing operational issues. Ensuring AWS environments remain operationally healthy while reducing cost and complexity. Develop trusting relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and technical challenges. Use technical acumen and customer obsession to drive technical discussions regarding incidents, trade‑offs, and risk management. Consult with partners from developers through to C‑suite уурх. Collaborate with AWS Solutions Architects, Business Developers, Professional Services Consultants, and Sales Account Managers. Proactively find opportunities for customers to gain additional value from AWS. Provide detailed reviews of service events, monthly and quarterly metrics and detailed pre‑launch planning. Resolve a variety of problems across different customers as they migrate workloads to the cloud. Uplift customer capabilities by running workshops, brown‑bag sessions and other activities. Basic Qualifications Experience in a similar role such as Technical Account Manager, Consultant, Solutions Architect, Platform Engineer, Systems Engineer, Cloud Architect, etc. Understanding operational parameters and troubleshooting for compute, storage, networking, CDN, databases, DevOps, big data and analytics, security, app development. Internal enterprise or external customer‑facing experience with the ability to clearly articulate to small and large audiences. Languages: English and Hebrew. Preferred Qualifications Professional experience with cloud offerings such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform. Programming or scripting skills in Java, Python, Perl, Ruby, C#, and/or PHP (a plus but not required). Previous experience as a Software Engineer, Developer, DevOps Engineer, etc. Understanding of DevOps practices and tools including CI/CD, Puppet, Docker, Kubernetes, Chef (a plus).
