This opportunity offers a chance to contribute meaningfully while gaining exposure to a dynamic, digitally evolving pharmaceutical landscape.**What You’ll Do**As a Sales Representative, you’ll be empowered to:* Engage with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) Build trusted relationships through a hybrid engagement model—combining face-to-face visits with digital channels—to deliver impactful, tailored solutions.* Drive Strategic Territory Planning Analyze data to identify opportunities, prioritize actions, and align with cross-functional teams to maximize territory performance.* Deliver Consultative Value Go beyond product promotion—listen actively, understand HCP needs, and co-create solutions that improve patient outcomes.* Collaborate Cross-Functionally Partner with medical, marketing, and access teams to ensure seamless execution and consistent value delivery.* Upskill & Innovate Stay ahead of industry trends by leveraging Ai and digital tools, omnichannel strategies, and continuous learning opportunities.**What We’re Looking For****Required Qualifications:*** Scientific Degree (as per D.Lgs. 219/2006)* English proficiency (minimum B2 level)* Previous experience as ISF/Product Specialist**Preferred Attributes:*** High learning agility and digital fluency* Strong communication and analytical skills* Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, hybrid environment* Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on patient-centric solutions* Experience in omnichannel engagement and account planning* Experience in CarioMetabolic (Diabetes or Obesity) is a plusA meaningful experience in a global pharmaceutical company known for innovation and integrityExposure to a collaborative, cross-functional work environmentOpportunities to develop strategic, digital, and interpersonal capabilitiesA chance to contribute to improving patient outcomes while growing your careerLilly is dedicated to helping individuals with disabilities to actively engage in the workforce, ensuring equal opportunities when vying for positions.
