F&B MANAGER San Clemente Palace Venice – This majestic resort immerses guests in a 900-year-old historic building, rich in charm and Renaissance tradition. The hotel’s proximity to St. Mark’s Square, its exceptional culinary offerings featuring a rich variety of Italian cuisine, and its unique combination of event spaces invite guests to create truly memorable experiences.Role Description AsF&B Manager , you will oversee and elevate all Food & Beverage operations across San Clemente Palace Venice. You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service standards, guest satisfaction, and profitability across restaurants, bars, banqueting, and in-room dining.
