Expert HR Analytics at JobbitJob located in Reggio Emilia, Emilia-Romagna, Italy.ResponsibilitiesStrategic optimisation of processes in collaboration with IT, Controlling and specialist departments regarding SAP HR and OM master data administration, time management and personnel cost planning to provide high-quality analyses and reports for HR management.Responsibility for the standardised creation of HR reports and dashboards to support HR planning, forecasting and analyses.Ensure data quality of relevant SAP HR master data in collaboration with local and global HR teams.Supporting the planning and monitoring of HR costs and employee numbers (headcount) as well as analysing deviations compared to planned values.Advising management on strategic HR issues on the basis of sound data analyses.Participating in global projects, such as SAP rollouts, and ensuring HR data integrity in global systems.Supporting local HR teams in data collection and processing, including the implementation of practices for data utilisation and analysis.Developing and delivering training on HR analytics and reporting to the internal team and other HR staff.QualificationsAt least 10 years of professional experience in HR analytics or HR reporting, preferably in an international environment.Experience in leading small teams and working with executives to provide data-driven HR insights.Practical experience in using HR systems for reporting and data analysis.Completed university degree in business informatics, business administration, HR management or comparable qualifications with a focus on data analysis or HR.Certificates or further training in HR analytics, data management or business intelligence would be an advantage.Good knowledge of the use of HR software (e.g., SAP HR, SuccessFactors) and data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).Very good written and spoken English skills.Salary & BenefitsAnnual gross salary (RAL): between € 50,000 and € 60,000.Opportunity to work within a large organization in the industrial or manufacturing sector.Dynamic environment focused on innovation.EEO StatementFatta eccezione per il caso in cui presenti la tua candidatura per posizioni riservate a categorie protette ai sensi della Legge 68/99 (nel qual caso ti chiediamo di inserire solo conferma della tua appartenenza a tali categorie, senza alcuna ulteriore informazione relativa alla salute o disabilità), la tua candidatura non deve contenere informazioni relative al tuo stato di salute, ivi inclusa l'eventuale appartenenza a una categoria protetta, in quanto non rilevanti per la valutazione della candidatura.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionHuman ResourcesIndustriesManufacturing#J-18808-Ljbffr
