We are a leading professional services company with 20+ years of expertise in digital strategies, technology consulting, and software development. Our track record includes delivering complex solutions for major worldwide organizations, particularly in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. We're looking for an exceptional Chief Technology Officer to lead our technical vision and drive innovation across our digital health platform. About the Role As our CTO, you will be responsible for : Defining and executing our technical strategy and architecture vision Leading and mentoring our engineering team Making critical decisions on technology stack, infrastructure, and scalability Translating business requirements into robust technical solutions Establishing best practices, standards, and governance across development teams Balancing hands-on coding with strategic leadership Required Experience 12+ years of software development experience, with at least 5 years in technical leadership or architecture roles Deep expertise in full-stack development (frontend and backend technologies) Proven ability to design and implement complex, scalable systems Strong foundation in core technologies : Backend : Node.js, Java, or similar enterprise frameworks (NestJS, SpringBoot) Frontend : React, Angular, or equivalent modern frameworks Databases : SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Elasticsearch) DevOps & Infrastructure : Docker, Kubernetes, cloud platforms Version Control : Git and modern development workflows Experience in healthcare or regulated industries is a strong plus Fluent English (written and spoken); Italian is a plus Nice to Have Experience with AI / ML integration and large language models (LLMs) Data science capabilities (Python, pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow) Familiarity with monitoring and analytics tools (ELK stack, etc.) Agile / Scrum methodology and project management tools Open source contributions or technical thought leadership What We Offer The opportunity to shape technology strategy for a growing organization Lead and develop a talented engineering team Competitive salary package commensurate with experience Flexible working arrangement : primarily office-based in Velletri (RM), Italy, with remote work opportunities Business contract tailored to your needs Standard working hours (9 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM, with 1-hour lunch break) Collaborative, ambitious, and innovative team environment How to Apply If you're passionate about building scalable technology solutions in digital health and ready to make an impact at the leadership level, please send your CV and a brief cover letter outlining your vision for technical leadership.
