These pillars form the Carel Culture Code.Key ResponsibilitiesBackend Development:Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Flask.Design and implement RESTful API endpoints.Manage SQL and NoSQL databases.Implement authentication and authorization.Frontend Development:Build responsive interfaces with JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.Use React to create component-based applications focusing on state management, routing, and styling.Full Stack Integration:Ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend.Deploy applications using Docker and cloud platforms.Write comprehensive unit, integration, and end‑to‑end tests.Collaboration with Data Science Team:Assist in developing solutions leveraging IoT data.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Strong communication skills in English.Proficiency in Python and Java.Shared values of the Carel Culture Code.Core SkillsBackend Development: expertise with Flask, RESTful APIs, SQL/NoSQL, security principles.Frontend Development: in‑depth knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML, React.Full Stack Integration: deployment with Docker, cloud services, testing frameworks.Additional: proficient in Linux, bash scripting.Desirable SkillsExposure to data science or IoT technologies.Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP.Experience with Git.What We OfferWork‑life balance: remote working and flexitime.On‑boarding program and continuous training.Company welfare: canteen, life insurance, welfare platform, bonus, contributions to school expenses.Carel BoostCamp: three‑year training course for new hires under 30 covering project management, cross‑cultural communication, problem solving.Additional InformationFor other opportunities, visit are committed to sustainability, inclusivity, and equal employment opportunity.
