We champion an entrepreneurial culture to unlock full potential by bringing energy to the world.Partner with the bestAs Junior Control System Engineer, you will be involved in Control System design for Gas Turbine and Steam Turbine driven Compressor and Generator applications, Electric Motors, Reciprocating Compressors and Turboexpanders. You will interact with a team of multiple disciplines engineers, Customers and Suppliers, and you will have the opportunity to introduce new technology to enhance company profitability and productivity. You will participate in maintaining and incorporating new cost-effective solutions for design.Responsibilities:Defining Control Systems architecture based on project requirements and the application of International Standards (e.g. ATEX, CSA, NEC/NEMA, IECex).Defining the Package Control philosophy, based on internal standards and tailored for specific customer needs.Coordinating the detailed control hardware and software design, by interacting with other engineering specialists, suppliers, and customers.Optimizing and simplifying the internal standard solutions and design tools, promoting and developing new ideas.Supporting New Product and New Technology introduction in the market, participating as a presenter or reviewer in technical and program reviews.Formulating security architecture recommendations and design security services, providing risk assessments and technical information as required.Please note that this is a Temporary position of 12 months with the possibility to be converted to Permanent.Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Have a MSc. of Science in Control, Electrical, Electronic, Industrial, Management or Computer Science Engineering.Be familiar with Control System design and related development tools; knowledge of industry codes and standards.Be familiar with PLC architectures, computer networks, and industrial Safety principles. Good knowledge of OT technologies, SCADA/Process Automation systems security architectures and applications of industrial data acquisition protocols (OPC, Modbus, etc.).Have well-developed interpersonal and communication skills; able to influence and motivate others.Be able to work in a multi-cultural team and willing to travel worldwide up to 10% of the time for short customer meetings and/or site/test bed support.Be fluent in spoken and written English.Work in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
