We empower and delegate to our employees, operating as a strong community that always works toward delivering an excellent customer experience.RoleAs our Junior HR & Payroll Assistant in Italy, you will support our HR & Payroll Partner in all personnel management activities, with a particular focus on administrative tasks and payroll management. You will also provide general support across various areas within NORMAL, especially recruitment and onboarding. You will work closely with the Italian team – including People Development Partner, Regional Managers, and the Country Manager – and be part of the international HR & Legal team, interfacing with several departments across the organisation.Your Main ResponsibilitiesSupporting the management of hires and terminationsDirectly managing relationships with the external payroll provider, ensuring accurate transmission of all information required for payroll processingConducting detailed checks of payrolls and managing payslips, including variables related to sickness, accidents, etc.Ensuring compliance with all legally required and company‑related tax obligationsSupporting the management of requests from public authorities and/or the Revenue Agency, ensuring timely and efficient handlingQualificationsQualified Junior HR & Payroll Assistant with at least 1–2 years of experience in this field, preferably in the retail sectorSolid knowledge of CCNL CommercioProficient in MS tools, especially ExcelKnowledge of ADP software will be considered a plusFluent in Italian and English, both written and spokenYou ought to take initiative, communicate clearly with both colleagues and external partners, work in a structured way, and be comfortable handling multiple tasks with flexibility.
