It delivers innovative and field-tested science and technology (S&T)solutions to address defence and security needsof the Alliance. Responsibilities Organizes and keeps all ceremonies - Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives - within their timeboxes. Proactively identifies and resolves "blockers" (e.g., technical issues or lack of resources) that hinder the team's progress. Mentors team members on self-management, cross-functionality, and Agile principles to improve overall performance. Assists with Product Backlog management, ensuring items are clear and prioritized to maximize value. Essential Qualifications & Experience A minimum requirement of a bachelor’s degree at a nationally recognised/certified University in an information systems, physics or electronics related scientific or engineering discipline, or other relevant scientific discipline, and 2 years post-related experience. An active CSM, PSM, or equivalent Scrum certification A minimum of 3 years of professional experience facilitating Agile teams Professional experience with project management tools, collaboration platforms, and documentation systems (e.g. Azure DevOps, JIRA, etc.) Good level of spoken and written English If you've read the description and feel this role is a great match, we'd love to hear from you Click "Apply for this job" to be directed to a brief questionnaire.
