Strategy Manager - Logistic and Supply Chain Stiamo cercando un profilo in ambito supply chain e operations, con un focus specifico sul settore automotive. La risorsa sarà coinvolta in progetti di trasformazione digitale e organizzativa, in contesti internazionali. Attività previste : Gestione di progetti complessi di trasformazione della supply chain, con responsabilità su team e deliverable Supporto a figure executive (es. COO, CSCO) nella definizione e implementazione di strategie legate a: processi di fulfillment e distribuzione end-to-end Progettazione e ottimizzazione delle reti logistiche Modelli Order-to-Cash Sistemi di gestione magazzino (WMS) e trasporti (TMS) Modelli di outsourcing logistico (3PL / 4PL) Sviluppo di soluzioni per la supply chain nel settore automotive, con attenzione a resilienza, sostenibilità e customer experience Coordinamento di team di consulenza e supporto allo sviluppo della practice Requisiti : 8-10 anni di esperienza in progetti di trasformazione della supply chain Esperienza obbligatoria nel settore automotive Conoscenza approfondita dei processi Order-to-Cash, warehousing e transportation Familiarità con sistemi WMS, TMS e modelli 3PL / 4PL Laurea magistrale Inglese fluente Capacità di leadership e orientamento al risultato #J-18808-Ljbffr
