Affiliate Manager, EU markets | Based in EuropeJoin Hostinger as an Affiliate Manager in the Affiliate Marketing team. Based in Europe, you will be responsible for expanding and optimizing the affiliate partner network across France, Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands, Switzerland and Austria. You will collaborate closely with performance marketing, product, and regional growth teams to scale partnerships and drive sustainable growth.Our missionTo provide tools that help individuals and small businesses succeed online faster and easier.Our cultureGuided by 10 company principles.Your day-to-dayIdentify, reach out to, and onboard new affiliate partners across Europe (mainly France, Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands, Switzerland and Austria)Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with key affiliatesNegotiate deals, set KPIs, and ensure continuous partner performance improvementExplore new market opportunities and develop initiatives to grow Hostinger’s visibility and revenueCollaborate with cross‑functional teams to align campaigns and promotional activitiesMonitor campaign data, analyze trends, and propose growth‑oriented optimizationsLeverage automation and AI tools in daily work to increase efficiency and partner engagementYour Skills And Experience3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or partnership managementStrong understanding of the European digital and affiliate landscape and knowledge of local affiliates, such as news, technology, coupon websites, and digital communitiesProven ability to build and grow affiliate network partnershipsExcellent negotiation and communication skillsData‑driven mindset with strong analytical and problem‑solving skillsGeneral proficiency in using AI and automation tools in daily workflowsFluent in English and one additional European language of those markets (e.g., French, German, or Italian)Benefits For You360 Growth: limitless learning opportunities – access to platforms like Reforge and Couch Hub, global conferences, a feedback culture, digital libraries, and industry‑leading subscriptions.
