A few examples of your responsibilities Join one of our key legal areas—Corporate M&A, Product & Commercial, or AI & Privacy—and support the team by assisting with research, drafting, and day‑to‑day operations. Assist in the review and preparation of commercial agreements, internal policies, and compliance documentation under the guidance of more senior team members. Contribute to corporate governance, M&A, and investment activities by coordinating with internal stakeholders and external counsel. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (such as Product, Finance, and HR) to help identify and address legal and regulatory questions that arise in our fast‑moving environment. Help monitor legal and regulatory developments relevant to Bending Spoons’ global operations, and support the team in communicating key updates internally. Participate in the continuous improvement of internal legal processes, templates, and playbooks—seeking scalable and efficient ways to support the company’s growth. In London the starting salary is £85,797; elsewhere in Europe it is €66,065. For highly experienced candidates, the salary ranges between £112,189–£196,764 in London and €107,837–€188,848 elsewhere. Compensation varies by location and impact and grows rapidly with experience. Equity can be part of the package, and a 50% tax cut may be available for relocation to Italy. All these benefits.
