Offering Associate, Real World Data

We are seeking an Offering Associate to join our Real World Data team. This role supports the Offering & Information team in developing and presenting new services for pharmaceutical clients leveraging IQVIA’s extensive real‑world data assets. You will work closely with Global Offering Managers, Sales, and R&D Data Scientists to enhance existing offerings and co‑create new information‑based services with potential global impact. Main responsibilities Analyze complex proprietary IQVIA databases to uncover pharma market dynamics and identify innovation opportunities Monitor and interpret internal and external data to generate actionable business insights Support commercial activities and client engagement with a strong focus on data and insights Assist in preparing client presentations and materials for offering development Collaborate with clients to resolve data‑related or offering‑related issues Partner with R&D teams to support the development and automation of ML solutions using RWD healthcare big data (e.g. physician and patient‑level data) Qualifications Masters Degree in Economics/Statistics (STEM) or relevant field with curiosity for the Healthcare‑related sector 1 year of relevant experience in corporate or consulting companies Nice to have some programming skills (e.g. R, Python, SAS) Strong communication skills and commercial mindset Fluent in Italian and English (speaking and writing) Pharmaceutical experience/knowledge will be considered a plus Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients Location: Milan, Italy (hybrid) Contract Type: Permanent (Full‑Time) IQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries.
