Offer Description

The research project is part of a collaborative effort between the Department of Tax Law and the Andreani Group srl, entitled "Cultivating Equity and Tax Justice." The initiative is part of a particularly transformative transformation of the local revenue collection system, currently characterized by the need to (re)build a relationship of trust and collaboration between public administration and citizens. From this perspective, taxes cannot be defined as merely the forced subtraction of wealth, but must be seen as an essential tool through which the duty of solidarity is fulfilled, aimed at removing obstacles that impede the full development of the human person and promoting the well-being of the territory.

A PhD in the field of Legal Sciences—or an equivalent qualification obtained abroad—is an advantage. The Commission will evaluate the following (verified by the academic and/or professional qualifications declared in the CV): a) proven research experience in the topics typical of the scientific disciplinary sector covered by this call (15 points); b) university teaching experience in the field of Tax Law (20 points); c) publications relevant to the relevant SSD within the last five years (25 points).
