This portfolio plays a vital role in antimicrobial stewardship (AMS) and the global fight against antibiotic resistance.1. Market Strategy & Business GrowthDevelop and execute the global marketing strategy for one solution within the Vision Suite portfolioPosition the solution within a broader healthcare ecosystem, ensuring alignment with AMS or national surveillance initiativesDefine product positioning, pricing, and competitive differentiation to drive market adoption.Lead new product launches and manage phase-out strategiesAdapt global strategies to regional needs for optimized market success2. Commercial Execution & Sales EnablementTranslate global strategy into commercial execution plans for regional teamsDevelop and provide sales training, promotional content, and marketing tools to enhance field executionSupport regional teams and subsidiaries in overcoming market challengesEnsure commercial teams have the right tools and messaging to drive adoption in laboratories, clinical settings, and public health organizations3. Performance Measurement & Market ImpactTrack and assess engagement success through KPIs on revenue and installed base (IB)Conduct regional and local surveys to gather insights on solution adoption, market impact, and customer satisfactionProvide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement of market strategies4. Cross-functional Collaboration & Stakeholder EngagementWork closely with Global Commercial Operations Excellence, Global Marketing Communication, Global Customer Service, regulatory and Global product management teams to align product development with market needsAct as a bridge between global and regional marketing teams, ensuring strategic alignmentEngage with key opinion leaders, healthcare providers, laboratory professionals, and government agencies to promote solution adoptionSupport compliance with healthcare IT regulations, interoperability standards, and cybersecurity requirements to facilitate global implementation5.
