APPLICATION ENGINEER, Montecchio MaggioreMontecchio Maggiore, ItalyDeadline: 15/07/2025#sales #BackOffice #offertazione #trattative #pricing #industria #obiettivi #teamLink HR Professional Solutions is seeking to hire a professional profile for a structured manufacturing company operating in the electromechanical sector, within the Sales & Marketing area, for expansion.APPLICATION ENGINEERResponsibilities:Analyze customer requests (RFQ) and define technical specifications for non-standard products;Calculate costs (full cost), prepare technical documentation, and support the drafting of commercial offers;Interact with clients and area managers for technical and commercial negotiations;Support project management functions during order processing and technical alignments;Enter and update data in CRM, ERP (SAP), and other systems;Participate in improving quotation processes and provide technical support to the sales team.Requirements:Degree in engineering (preferably electrical or mechanical) or technical diploma;At least 1 year of experience in the industrial/metalworking sector, supporting clients; preferably in roles such as estimator, technical back office, technical engineer, or field sales;Basic skills in electrical engineering, technical drawing, and pricing;Good knowledge of English (B1/B2).Additional qualities include goal orientation, teamwork skills, and a continuous learning attitude.Work Location: Near Montecchio Maggiore (VI)About Link HR Professional Solutions: Specializes in recruiting highly qualified professionals and middle to top management.
