Product Manager for Balkan Markets

Location Position Contract Full-time, permanent Minimum 2–3 years of previous experience in technical sales – ideally in the window and door industry, insulating glass, or plastics sector Main tasks and responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers in target companies Identify and directly contact potential new customers and market opportunities Focus on commercial and technical consulting activities, as well as developing new products and services based on market needs Define and implement commercial strategies to ensure success in your market Regularly review KPIs for your processes Work on the team's P&L management, as well as Forecasting, Planning, and Budgeting activities Maintain frequent customer relationships through on-site visits (approx. 60% of the time) Participate in trade fairs and industry events for networking and market observation Contacts Technoform subsidiaries and affiliates in Italy and abroad External suppliers University degree Advanced use of Microsoft Office suite Personal characteristics Dynamic and flexible, with multitasking ability Strong organizational and analytical skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills Problem-solving ability Team player Attention to quality Willingness to travel abroad for short periods (Europe) Proactive and forward-thinking As soon as possible Salary Commensurate with professional profile #J-18808-Ljbffr
