Our field services team support on-site installation, maintenance and planning of our industry-leading products.Lead a team that makes a difference to our business. As Field Service Engineer - Site Manager, you'll play a vital role with our customers. Leading installation and maintenance activities, you will work with customers to troubleshoot issues and ensure safe and compliant installations.ResponsibilitiesDriving project development, being the reference for Customer and Company on relevant strategy/decision makingLeading / providing operational framework for activities to teams and skilled labour, ensuring safety, compliance and qualityPreparing and updating technical documentation, plans, daily and weekly briefing reports for customers and internal cross-functional teamsEnsuring internal training, compliance and quality documentation is updated, followed and completed according to company standardsQualificationsHave an Engineering degree or High School Diploma with relevant work experienceDemonstrate good working knowledge of Control Systems for rotating equipment installation and maintenance with DLN/DLE mapping experienceTechnical awareness of Gas Turbines or Centrifugal Compressors or Reciprocating Compressors or Steam Turbines and their auxiliariesDisplay a strong customer service-orientation mindset, experienced leading customers through tough decisionsBe skilled at communicating complex technical information to customers and teams with varying levels of technical understandingEU Passport or European Work permit requiredTravel and Work RequirementsBe ready to travel significantly (up to 70%) without geographical restriction, including offshore facilitiesBenefitsContemporary work-life balance policies and wellbeing activitiesComprehensive private medical care optionsSafety net of life insurance and disability programsTailored financial programsAdditional elected or voluntary benefitsAbout UsWe are an energy technology company that provides solutions to energy and industrial customers worldwide.
