La nostra società cliente è un gruppo industriale attivo nell’ambito della produzione di pompe e valvole industriali. Luogo di lavoro Provincia di Pavia Responsabile del management e reporting dei progetti in area Operations Il project manager, per conto del CSO, sviluppa e coordina i progetti nella propria area di competenza (nella fattispecie le Operations) Lavora in stretta collaborazione ai colleghi dei reparti sul coordinamento e la supervisione dell’esecuzione dei progetti, occupandosi della reportistica Supporta definizione, sviluppo e diffusione della metodologia e di Project management e della governance dei progetti È responsabile della completezza e aggiornamento della documentazione di progetto Conduce regolarmente attività di monitoraggio dello stato di avanzamento dei progetti rispetto a tempi e costi pianificati Competenze chiave Pregressa esperienza in aziende modernamente strutturate o in società di consulenza Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese Ottima conoscenza delle metodologie e strumenti del Project management e della governance di progetto (incl. Gantt, Risk assessment, Assumption definition, Decision process, Project cycle) Soft skills richieste Ottime doti comunicative Attitudine a lavorare in team, approccio proattivo al problem solving, self-starter e self-motivated, carisma e capacità di engagement di membri di team di altre funzioni per facilitare lo sviluppo della cultura di project management in azienda Il pacchetto retributivo sarà commisurato alla effettiva esperienza e comunque in grado di soddisfare anche le candidature più qualificate I candidati in possesso dei requisiti richiesti possono inviare il proprio curriculum, in formato Word o PDF, a: Adami & Associati è una società di Head hunting specializzata nella ricerca e selezione di personale qualificato, in Italia e all’estero. #J-18808-Ljbffr
