The role drives structured methodologies such as Shainin Red X , Kepner‑Tregoe , and Six Sigma to identify root causes, implement robust corrective actions, and strengthen continuous improvement culture across engineering, manufacturing, and quality functions.Location : Turin, Italy (with cross-site collaboration across Europe)Contract type : Permanent or freelanceBenefits : Competitive package; visible, high-impact role with leadership exposure and growth opportunitiesResponsibilitiesLead and facilitate complex problem‑solving sessions (Shainin Red X, Kepner‑Tregoe, 8D)Diagnose high-impact product and process issues to enable rapid, effective containment and permanent fixCoach and mentor engineering and quality teams on structured problem‑solving techniqueSupport root‑cause activities across software, hardware, and manufacturing domainDefine, track, and verify corrective actions (closed‑loop verification)Integrate lessons learned and design standards into preventive processesApply data‑driven and statistical tools (SPC, DOE) when neededReport outcomes and recommendations to management and global stakeholdersCollaborate cross‑functionally with suppliers and internal teams to ensure robust quality improvementQualificationsDegree in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic, Manufacturing, or related EngineeringCertified Master Black Belt (Shainin Red X / Kepner‑Tregoe / Six Sigma) highly preferred10+ years of experience in automotive manufacturing or product qualityProven experience leading structured root‑cause analysis and cross‑functional corrective actionsProficiency in problem‑solving and statistical tools (SPC, DOE, PFMEA, Control Plan)Strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skillsInternational experience and cross‑cultural collaboration mindsetFluent English; Italian or other European language is a plusNext StepsClick ApplyWe will review your application.
