Middle-Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

TXT e-Tech, a TXT Group company, is looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer for an important client in the Automotive sector with at least 3 years' experience in the role. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring the project and the typical processes involved in the development of large embedded systems. Main responsibilities Create and implement test plans to identify bugs and issues in the software; Take a proactive approach to identifying and preventing issues in the software; Analyze and monitor product performance to identify areas for improvement; Share test results with the development team; Collaborate with other departments to improve development processes and ensure compliance with quality standards; Manage non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions. Technical skills required Knowledge of standard quality assurance activities in the field of software, preferably embedded (C, C++, Java, Kotlin); Knowledge of AGILE tools (Jira, DevOps, or similar); Knowledge of specific automotive processes (ASPICE) and HMI functionality for automotive would be a plus; The profile is completed by communication skills, aptitude for teamwork, problem solving, and sharing knowledge and skills with the team; Education Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer engineering, management engineering, or equivalent.
