From urban planning to residential and mixed‑use developments, from corporate campuses to public buildings and hotels, each ACPV ARCHITECTS project embodies a new vision where nature and the noblest human aspirations can find new centrality.ACPV is seeking a qualified professional in architecture or engineering to join the ACPV Sustainability Hub project as a Cost Specialist.The role includes a variety of tasks, such as :ResponsibilitiesDeveloping preliminary estimates for project budget definitionSupporting the design team in implementing WBS and other parameters in BIM models related to quantity take‑off and cost monitoringAssisting in the coordination of cost control activities within the Design to Budget processPreparing quantity take‑offs and cost estimates in a BIM environmentProducing tender documentation (including quantity take‑offs, unit price lists, and technical specifications)Analyzing project financial data using Business Intelligence toolsQualificationsDegree in Architecture or Building EngineeringAt least 2 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying and cost estimationUnderstanding of BIM workflows and coordination methodologiesStrong knowledge of architecture and interior designFluency in English is requiredSoftware SkillsExperience with BIM‑based quantity surveying software; familiarity with TeamSystem CPM is preferredProficiency in Autodesk RevitSolid knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite, particularly ExcelKnowledge of Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI or similar) is an assetACPV is committed to creating a better working environment by supporting workforce diversity.
