We’re building a small, top‑tier team with complete autonomy, using AI as leverage across every workflow to ship fast, think clearly, and achieve measurable results.RoleDesign intuitive, elegant, and efficient user experiences for the hub’s interfaces - including embedded components and supporting admin tools. Own the design process end‑to‑end, from concept to implementation.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign clear, scalable interfaces for both customers and internal users.Develop and maintain a design system for consistency across products.Work closely with front‑end developers to ensure high‑quality implementation.Use AI tools to accelerate ideation, prototyping, and testing.Participate in user research and usability validation.RequirementsAt least 5 years in product or UX / UI design.Strong command of layout, interaction design, and accessibility.Proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma.Experience collaborating in fast, iterative environments.Curious about AI‑driven workflows.Reliable, autonomous, and detail‑oriented.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Fluent in English, both written and spoken.Culture & PrinciplesAI‑first : every team member uses AI tools daily to accelerate their work.High‑ownership : small team, large responsibility.Startup speed with enterprise impact.Simplicity, reliability, and measurable outcomes in everything we build.Fully remote collaboration : async by default, clear communication expected.ESGAt team.blue, our commitment to caring for the environment and each other is at the heart of everything we do.
