Per un importante gruppo multinazionale, attivo nella produzione di farmaci e tecnologie a supporto della salute, ricerchiamo una figura di: ELECTRICAL PROJECT MANAGER Responsabilità Gestire e coordinare progetti elettrici in ambito industriale, con focus su infrastrutture e servizi di stabilimento (reti, distribuzione energia, impianti a supporto della produzione). Presidiare interventi finalizzati a garantire continuità e affidabilità dell’alimentazione elettrica, riducendo micro-interruzioni e criticità di rete. Guidare progetti di revamping/adeguamento della distribuzione elettrica e iniziative di efficientamento energetico e supportare l’adeguamento delle infrastrutture per nuove linee produttive. Coordinare fornitori, contractor, società di consulenza, monitorando qualità, tempi e costi. Definire e presidiare budget di progetto, pianificazione attività e reporting di avanzamento. Collaborare con stakeholder interni (Produzione, Manutenzione, Engineering) per raccolta requisiti, gestione priorità e messa in esercizio. Contribuire alla definizione di standard tecnici e al rafforzamento delle competenze elettriche interne Requisiti Laurea in Ingegneria Elettrica (o equivalente) e/o solida esperienza tecnica sul campo. Esperienza in ruoli di Project Engineering/Project Management in ambito elettrico su contesti industriali. Conoscenza di infrastrutture elettriche di stabilimento: distribuzione, quadri, reti, continuità di servizio. Capacità di gestione fornitori e progetti (tempi/costi/qualità), autonomia e orientamento al risultato.
