Our EV battery consumption has ranked No.1 worldwide for eight consecutive years, and our energy storage battery shipments have ranked No.1 for four consecutive years.ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy & Execution:Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets for service products.Identify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships.Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales approaches.Collaborate with supporting functions to drive demand generation and lead conversion.Customer & Partner Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners.Conduct business reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.Resolve customer concerns in collaboration with support and operations teams.Reporting & Forecasting:Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports to senior leadership.Track and report regional performance metrics (revenue, margins, conversion rates).Utilize CRM systems to manage sales activities and ensure data accuracy.Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment:Work closely with Solutions, Marketing, and Hardware teams to align sales efforts with company goals.Provide field feedback to influence product development and service improvements.Lead, mentor, and motivate sales teams, setting performance expectations and monitoring KPIs.Foster a high-performance, accountable, customer-focused culture.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's or master's degree in science or technology, preferably in power electronics, communication, electrical, mechanical, or automation engineering.Strong decision-making skills, able to make quick, accurate decisions and implement effective solutions for complex or urgent issues.Some work experience with a basic understanding of the new energy market.Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing); additional languages are a plus.Clear team objectives, reasonable task allocation, ability to promote collaboration, willing to undertake overseas travel; overseas work experience is preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
