MAW – Divisione Search & Selection ricerca per azienda cliente operante nel settore IT e servizi di assistenza sistemistica una figura di : IT SUPPORT DI 2° LIVELLO La risorsa sarà inserita all'interno del team tecnico e si occuperà di attività di assistenza informatica e sistemistica, garantendo supporto tecnico ai clienti su infrastrutture IT, reti e sistemi server. Attività principali Gestione ticket di secondo livello e risoluzione delle problematiche più complesse, in collaborazione con il team di 1° livello; Attività di installazione, configurazione e manutenzione di postazioni di lavoro, stampanti e periferiche; Gestione di server Windows / Linux, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, backup e antivirus; Supporto nella gestione di reti LAN / WAN, VPN e firewall; Interventi da remoto e, se necessario, onsite presso clienti situati nell'area di Bologna e Romagna. Requisiti Laurea ad indirizzo informatico o tecnico; Esperienza di almeno 1 anno in ruoli di assistenza tecnica / sistemistica; Buona conoscenza di sistemi operativi Windows client e server; Conoscenza base di ambienti virtualizzati (VMware / Hyper‑V) e dei principali strumenti di networking; Familiarità con strumenti di ticketing e monitoraggio infrastrutturale; Patente B e disponibilità ad effettuare brevi trasferte sul territorio locale. Si offre Inserimento diretto in azienda con contratto a tempo indeterminato RAL 27.000€-29.000€ Orario di lavoro : full time, lunedì–venerdì (9 : 00–18 : 00); Ambiente dinamico, con possibilità di crescita verso ruoli di Sistemista Settore : Assistenza IT e soluzioni infrastrutturali Luogo di lavoro : San Lazzaro di Savena (BO) Il trattamento dei dati personali pervenuti si svolgerà in conformità alla legge 196 / 03.
