Where all contributions and new ideas are explored with an open mind and work is driven by our shared values: be courageous, be accountable, be honest, be inclusive and elevate others.Job Description SummaryJob DescriptionMain activites and responsibilitiesLead statistical programming activities for client and internal projects, including complex projectsProvide support in the maintenance of an effective statistical programming departmentProduce and validate statistical analyses using SAS (CDISC SDTM and ADaM datasets)Produce and review CDISC documentationEnsure compliance to SOPs, report deviations and KPIs and manage CAPAsProvide guidance to the programming team on data procedures and technical standardsPrepare and perform internal and external training on statistical programming processes and techniquesDevelop new programming patterns/solutions and identify/implement new techiques, tools and productsSupport the Director of Statistical Programming in reviewing baseline estimaions and project plansSupport in reviewing budget proposalsSkills and experience requiredBachelor degree in Computing Science, Statistics or related fieldSubstantial SAS statistical programming experiencePrevious experience as a Lead Statistical Programmer within a CRO environmentPrevious line management / mentoring experience preferredLanguagesEnglish, ItalianEducationBachelor of Science (BS): Statistics (Required)SummaryLocation: Bologna-Remote; Verona; Bologna; Verona-RemoteType: Full time
