As an Accounting Operations Associate Accountant at SodaStream, you will be responsible for: Working closely with the full finance team on the month-end close, ensuring reporting deadlines are met for all countries in scope Supporting the Italian market’s financial administration and procedures within set guidelines Bank processing Accounts Receivables Accounts Payables Bookkeeping, balance sheet and control account reconciliations, accruals, prepayments, and preparing/posting journals Collaborating with the Finance team on external audits, fiscal reporting (VAT/Intrastat), and compliance topics Participating in ad hoc activities and process improvement projects Qualifications Requirements for the role: Bachelor’s degree in economics or accounting diploma Knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel) and management systems Strong knowledge of accounting procedures ERP system experience is desired; experience with NetSuite is an advantage TM1 experience is an advantage Ensure compliance with US GAAP and ITA GAAP principles Fluency in English is mandatory The right person Is accurate, process-oriented, and proactive Has a hands-on mentality, is a self-starter, and a strong team player Possesses good controlling ability that drives results Has well-developed communication skills and cultural awareness Get things done and meet deadlines #J-18808-Ljbffr
