Mansione Randstad Talent Selection è la divisione di Randstad che si occupa di Ricerca & Selezione di profili da inserire direttamente in azienda. Per la sede di Genova di un nostro cliente che si occupa di trasporto marittimo di merci stiamo ricercando un Crew Operator. Si offre contratto diretto in azienda Orario di lavoro: full time dal lunedì al venerdì ( ) Luogo di lavoro: Genova (Centro) Range di Ral e benefit: 26K- 32K + buoni pasto + assistenza sanitaria Responsabilità La risorsa affiancherà il Crew Manager e si occuperà della gestione e coordinamento del personale navigante. Nello specifico si occuperà di: garantire che gli equipaggi siano conformi agli standard aziendali e alle normative di riferimento garantire un flusso operativo efficace e puntuale archiviare e monitorare periodicamente la certificazione del personale navigante e pianificare i refresh necessari gestire ed inviare ai marittimi e alle agenzie portuali la documentazione e le informazioni pre-imbarco organizzare e gestire la logistica dei cambi equipaggio mantenere il contatto diretto con marittimi, agenzie di porto e navi gestire e archiviare le valutazioni del personale di bordo Competenze Desideriamo entrare in contatto con risorse in possesso dei seguenti requisiti: domicilio a Genova pregressa esperienza nella mansione e nel settore marittimo di 1-2 anni ottima conoscenza dell'inglese (fondamentale, sia scritto che parlato, dato che si lavora con equipaggi internazionali) Capacità organizzative e di gestione (occupandosi di turni, documenti e logistica, deve essere in grado di gestire più compiti contemporaneamente) La ricerca è rivolta ai candidati ambosessi (L.903/77).
