This leadership role is responsible for planning and scheduling, procurement, logistics and distribution, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in supply chain management within achemical manufacturing organizationserving the agriculture sector. Strong competencies in logistics and warehouse management are requested, as well as experience inIntegrated Business Planning (IBP) , regulatory compliance, order management, and strategic sourcing to ensure efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement across the supply chain.ResponsibilitiesBuild a high-performing supply chain organization that supports the business’s strategic goals and functional excellence within the regionDevelop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with global supply chain vision and business objectives, including long-term planning, capacity management, and risk mitigationLead logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, and distribution to ensure timely and compliant product deliveryOversee sourcing strategies, vendor negotiations, and supplier performance to ensure timely, cost-effective procurement of raw materials and servicesImplement and manage the Integrated Business Planning process for the region, including production scheduling and inventory optimization to balance service levels, working capital, and operational efficiencyDrive best practices across Planning, Logistics and Procurement, ensuring alignment across manufacturing sitesPartner with R&D, Commercial, Finance, and Operations teams to align supply chain strategies with product development and market demandLead digital transformation initiatives, including Oracle and IBP adoption, to improve transparency, traceability, and data-driven decision-makingYour ProfileStrong business knowledge of customers, markets, and productsHigh level of integrity, ability to manage ambiguity, and a proactive, self-directed approachDemonstrated ability to work independently and effectively across functional lines without formal authorityProven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and make impactful decisionsBachelor’s degree in Management Engineering, Business Management, or equivalent educationMinimum 10 years of experience in S&OP/IBP, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Logistics Management, Procurement, Order Management, or Materials ManagementPrior experience in the agricultural marketASCM – CPIM certification is preferred#J-18808-Ljbffr
