You will sustain the Company’s financial accounting by preparing reports and controlling activities, ensuring that they are carried out efficiently and in line with best practices.You will work with the Project Control Manager and the Project Control Team in controlling the projects, envisioning and promptly suggesting corrective and improving actions in line with corporate procedures and working instructions.ResponsibilitiesSupport the Project Manager and other functions as a business partnerPrepare the Cost Control System for new projects: Order Intake, Project Work Breakdown Structure, Execution Budget together with the Project ManagerPrepare and present Project Control Reports to Management following the Project Review Cycle and ensuring deadlines are metCheck the progress of financials (actual and committed costs) relative to physical progress, updated time schedule, risk, opportunities and technical performancePrepare with the Project Manager the best estimation to complete costs, billing, cash‑in, guarantees, hedgesControl and maintain full knowledge of all financial movements within the project scope, ensuring they are accurately reportedEnter and maintain project budgets, forecasts and actuals in the ERP systemIn Multi‑BU projects, coordinate with other Project Controllers to build the consolidated viewUpdate the project lifespan forecast quarterly together with the Project Manager and interact with the controlling area for budget and forecast preparationQualificationsMaster’s Degree in Management Engineering or EconomicsMinimum 7–10 years of experience as a Project Controller in large heavy industrial, Oil & Gas or Infrastructure EPC contracting with an international companyFluent in English (written and spoken); knowledge of German is a plusProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Experience with SAPWillingness to travel, including to project sitesProactive, committed and solution/results drivenStrong autonomous and organizational skills / time managementAbility to adapt and manage changeWorkplace: Castellanza (VA)(Ref.TN/PRC 2025)#J-18808-Ljbffr
