Cyber Threat Analyst-OT/ICS

TXT E-TECH , part of the TXT Group, is looking for a Cyber Threat Analyst to join a key project in the Aerospace and Defense sector. The selected candidate will be involved in analyzing threats and attacks targeting ITS/SCADA infrastructures and should have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform reverse engineering of industrial malwareConduct threat hunting and monitoring on OT networksAnalyze ITS protocols (Modbus, DNP3, IEC 104, OPC UA)Develop threat models and OT use casesSupport threat intelligence, red teaming, and incident response activitiesDevelop tools and automation to support analysis (Python)Technical RequirementsStrong knowledge of OT/ITS security principlesFamiliarity with industrial architectures and protocolsSkills in reverse engineering and malware analysisKnowledge of threat hunting and behavioral analysis in OT environmentsExperience with threat intelligence and incident response methodologiesExcellent Python skillsKnowledge of C++ is a plusEducationDiploma or degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related fieldsWhy Join TXT GroupCareer opportunities in a fast‑growing, evolving company with challenging projectsContinuous training on relevant topicsCorporate benefits (health insurance, welfare programs, meal vouchers, employee discounts)Permanent contract with salary commensurate with skills and seniorityHybrid working model (1/5)Position is open to all applicants regardless of gender, in accordance with Italian Legislative Decree 198/2006.
