In qualità di Consultant Adecco, per una storica realtà industriale di Carpi (MO) facente parte di un gruppo multinazionale, sono alla ricerca di una / un IT Support Specialist - Helpdesk 1° livello.La risorsa entrerà a far parte di un team IT locale composto da due persone e riporterà direttamente al Global IT Director del gruppo.Il ruolo prevede attività di supporto tecnico quotidiano e la collaborazione costante con il team IT internazionale per la gestione delle infrastrutture e dei servizi digitali.Il profilo ideale è una persona affidabile, collaborativa e orientata al servizio, in grado di gestire con professionalità e chiarezza il rapporto con utenti interni di diversi livelli.Responsabilità principaliFornire supporto tecnico di primo livello agli utenti (in sede e da remoto)Diagnosticare e risolvere problematiche hardware, software e di reteInstallare, configurare e aggiornare postazioni di lavoro, stampanti e dispositivi mobiliGestire
