Join to apply for theProduct Marketing Specialist | HVAC‑SDArole atBeko Europe .Job Overview We are looking for a Product Specialist who will operate in the Italian HVAC and Small Domestic Appliances market to support the business and play an important role in launching the company’s key product category range. The person will be responsible for the most important brands in the sector, working in collaboration with the Trade, Communication, and Supply Chain teams.ResponsibilitiesEnsure the product range/mix aligns with market needs in terms of price, technical features, and design (define features, build product roadmap, product strategy).Conduct market research to define needs and plan short‑ and long‑term product development.Provide product requirement input to HQ/Regional product management.Analyse market trends and pricing.Support sales forecasts to guarantee product availability and new launch ramp‑up.Ensure products meet all legal requirements (user manuals, safety standards/certifications, product information).Develop product information tools for sales and training.Create promotional activities for selected product categories.QualificationsMinimum 2 years of experience in Product, Category or Trade Marketing within White Goods, FMCG or similar sectors.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Management, Engineering, or related field.Fluency in Italian and English.Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint, or other IT/digital tools.Preferable experience in product management (headquarter & subsidiary).Knowledge of HVAC‑SDA is a plus.We are an equal‑opportunity employer.
