We are looking for the next season 2027 a Chef de Rang to join our Villa Beatrice team.

Main Duties & Responabilities

• Fullfil the operations of the Food & Beverage on Villa Beatrice, according to the Company policies, high standards and procedures;

• Monitor all aspects of the customers' experience, from the restaurant layout before they arrive to the experience they receive during the service.
• Act to enhance a flawless service and anticipate Guests’ needs;

• Establish and maintain good relationships with all Guests and handle requests and enquiries;

• Coordinate and monitor Commis de Rang assigned to him/her;

• Contribute to the achievement of the economic targets of the outlet.

• Effective communication, emotional intelligence,adaptability;
• Collaboration: be able and willing to work as a teamplayer;
• Provide genuine and consistent high levels of service by anticipating and exceeding expectations of guests andcolleagues
• Global perspective: treat each other with respect and inclusiveness regardless of position, level or background;
• Fluent in English and Italian; a third languagepreferred;
• Previous professional experience within the same role in a luxuryenvironment;
• Passion for service and ambition to grow professionally;
• Knowledge of HACCP hygiene and health regulations.

• Start date: March 2027.End date:October 2027, with the aim of a continuous collaboration oversubsequentseasons atSplendido and a career path;
• Monthly gross salary based on seniority and skill level, separate payslip for 13°,14° and TFR;
