CPL Concordia soc. coop., gruppo cooperativo multiutility leader nel settore impiantistico - energetico, costruzione e manutenzione reti gas e acqua, Global Service & Facility Management ricerca un/a: Proposal Specialist Costruzione Impianti Jr a favore di ampliamento dell'unità organizzativa aziendale dedicata all'ingegneria dell'offerta, per la predisposizione dei preventivi per l'offerta tecnica ed economica ai clienti pubblici e privati in ambito costruzione impianti energetici. L'attività di preventivazione è caratterizzata dalle seguenti attività: Analisi ed interpretazione di opportunità commerciali (pubbliche o private) per identificare i fabbisogni dei clienti; Capacità di lettura dei documenti amministrativi (disciplinari/capitolati, PSC etc.) relativi agli appalti pubblici e alle richieste di offerta dei clienti privati; Elaborazione e sviluppo di soluzioni tecniche e gestionali innovative per rispondere alle esigenze del cliente, valutandone la fattibilità tecnica ed economica; Redazione della documentazione tecnica ed economica (relazioni tecniche, elaborati grafici, computi metrici, analisi costi ecc.) relativa all'offerta; Requisiti: Laurea in Ingegneria Energetica, Gestionale, Ambientale, Meccanica o Elettrica; Esperienza minima nella preventivazione/ gestione offerta nel settore energetico ingegneristico; Conoscenza base di bandi di gara relativa al settore energetico; Competenze base nella progettazione di impianti meccanici e/o elettrici; Forte orientamento al problem solving; Ottima conoscenza del Pacchetto Office; Orientamento al risultato e predisposizione al lavoro in team; Flessibilità e disponibilità a spostamenti.
