La A&C Motors Concessionaria Volkswagen, Audi, con sedi a Napoli, Nola, Torre Annunziata, Caserta e Sant’Agnello dal 1962, sta cercando una risorsa per un'opportunità di inserimento nell'ambito delle attività di accoglienza clienti. Requisiti: Diploma o Laurea; Conoscenza approfondita del pacchetto Office; Elevata capacità di problem solving, meticolosa precisione e professionalità nel gestire gli incarichi affidati; Dinamicità, tempestività e puntualità. Mansioni e responsabilità: La risorsa sarà affiancato costantemente dal tutor aziendale e si occuperà principalmente di attività legate all'accoglienza clienti. Le responsabilità includeranno: Accoglienza e assistenza ai clienti in sede; Gestione delle chiamate telefoniche e indirizzamento alle figure competenti; Supporto nella gestione delle prenotazioni e degli appuntamenti; Fornire informazioni di base sui prodotti e servizi offerti; Collaborare con i vari dipartimenti aziendali per garantire un'esperienza cliente ottimale. Luogo di lavoro: La sede di lavoro potrebbe essere in una delle seguenti sedi: Nola, Torre Annunziata, Pozzuoli, Caserta. Orari di lavoro: Distribuito nei seguenti giorni/orari di apertura: Da Lunedì a Venerdì, ore 8:30-13:00 / 14:30-18:00 Sabato, ore 8:30-12:00.
