The Mall Simon Luxury Outlets is seeking a Senior Leasing Manager to lead day‑to‑day leasing activities, building relationships with existing and prospective brands and guiding negotiations from initial discussions to signature. The role can be based in Milan or Florence, with final location determined by profile.
You will coordinate with Corporate Leasing, Finance and Legal, manage the leasing pipeline, identify opportunities, and contribute to the mall's premium brand mix in a luxury outlet
