The role reports directly to the eCommerce Director, involves maximum collaboration within the Digital Team, works closely with other internal cross-functional teams, and cooperates with external counterparts.The RoleThe role ensures that digital activities are successfully completed, optimizing time, costs, and results. It also ensures that digital communication, whether direct or through Eleventy partners, aligns with the company tone of voice and maintains consistency across all managed channels. Additionally, it plays a key part in supporting the strategic decision-making process by providing timely and accurate information.The Digital coordinator will operate on 2 different levels : he / she will be responsible for maintaining a high-level overview of all the digital activities, granting planning and updates, but also from a pure operational standpoint, granting that certain activities, like coordination of external partners, content creation, information collection and organizing, are performed at best.He / she :Coordinates internal and external team activities (for example : web agencies, social agencies, partners in business)Maintains and makes visible, using specific tools, an activity planManages ad hoc projects in the digital areaTimely collects and structures information that are relevant for digital editorial activity (e.g., event dates, store openings, collection releases, collaboration launches, etc.)Manages the relationship and coordinates with our online brand protection partner, which reports cases of unauthorized use of the brand name and digital assets, investigating internally on the cases mistakenly reported (authorized partners)Maintain an editorial plan, according to the given directionsManages the DEM creation, sending and reporting.Works raw data extracted from various systems, integrating and transforming them into reports to support strategic definition activitiesTakes care of copy content production used on digital channels, whenever required, including using AIProvides general support for all digital team activities, also covering other team’s members’ activity if requiredRequirementsHard skills3-years experience minimum in a similar roleBachelor or Master in a Digital related areaProject Management and organization basic conceptsStrong written and verbal communication skills in English and ItalianExperience working with cross-functional teams (e.g. creative, e-commerce, PR)Competency with Excel, PowerpointKnowledge of digital marketing and digital communication concepts (e.g., copywriting, storytelling, tone of voice, etc.)Basic understanding of HTMLFamiliarity with email marketing tools (Klavyio), Shopify platform and social media scheduling platforms (e.g. Meta Business Suite)Creativity and strong luxury aesthetic senseSoft SkillsTeamwork abilityWillingness to walk the extra mileSense of responsibility, autonomy and proactivityAttention to detailOpenness to learning and contribute to the objectives given time-to-timeEffective communicationAbility to adapt to fast pace change environment and new tasksListening skillsProblem solvingEffective time managementAssertivenessPlease note: Due to the volume of applications, we are unable to provide individual feedback at this stage.
