The Role Are you ready to put your analytical skills to work accelerating the clean energy transition? The Acquisition Intern is part of the Growth team in Italy and reports to the Head of Growth in Italy, based in our Milan office. The Acquisition Intern will play a key part in a wide range of Acquisition activities, supporting the Growth team with reporting and Acquisition activities across the portfolio. They will support the correct, efficient and timely collection of information on Acquisition opportunities and will assist senior colleagues in performing valuations of renewable energy projects. The Acquisition Intern will facilitate the preparation of monthly reporting packages concerning Acquisition opportunities and will assist in controlling the consistency of use of Acquisition tools across the Growth function. They will help keep processes, templates and guidelines up to date, ensuring the Growth team in Italy operates to a consistent standard. The Acquisition Intern will also contribute to and participate in cross-functional and corporate projects, gaining exposure to the wider business alongside the Growth team. Degree in Economics, Corporate Finance or equivalent
Interest in developing skills in financial modelling and valuation of renewable energy projects
Interest in understanding Acquisition processes, including due diligence and transaction documentation
Experience using or developing digital tools or workflows to improve efficiency, innovation and productivity
