Deep understanding of LLM post‑training stages (e.g. SFT, RL, distillation) and evaluation methods. Deep understanding of embedding models (e.g. bi‑encoder/cross‑encoder) and their finetuning. Experience with agent protocols (e.g. MCP, A2A, ACP) and agentic design patterns. Experience with synthetic data generation approaches for the evaluation of AI Systems. Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Qdrant, …) and integration with AI systems, for example RAG. Experience working with one of the major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure). ROLE As Senior DevOps Engineer will be responsible for CI/CD pipelines, with high focus on quality, security, and build/deployment processes (build tools, Docker, Kubernetes), plus optional Cloud/IaC expertise. Strong hands‑on experience with Databricks, SQL, Python, and PySpark. Experience with AWS data services (S3, Glue, Athena, Lambda). Proficiency in data modelling, (DAX, performance tuning). Experience building Tabular Cubes (Analysis Services or Power BI semantic models). Familiarity with Git/Bitbucket for version control and CI/CD integration.
