Visual & Content Associate Project Manager

Your team The Marketing team’s mission is to establish a distinctive brand positioning for Snai, driving growth through cross-channel communication, leveraging strategic media and partnerships to maximize visibility and conversion across all touchpoints, while fostering innovation and ensuring a consistent brand experience. Your role Visual & Content Associate Project Manager you will act as the operational backbone of the Visual & Content team by orchestrating workflows, timelines and priorities across multiple stakeholders, ensuring that creative production is planned, aligned, delivered on time and compliant with brand governance. You will ensure efficient and predictable execution of visual and content production by improving clarity, prioritization, and alignment of internal requests, reducing friction between stakeholders and creative teams, increasing on-time delivery and overall effectiveness, and supporting a scalable operating model across digital, retail, sponsorships, and Snaifun. What You’ll Do Visual & Content Workflow & Planning Management Plan, organize and monitor end-to-end workflows for visual and content production across all touchpoints. Manage editorial and production calendars, ensuring alignment with campaign plans, launches and business priorities. Coordinate resources across the team, supporting workload balance and delivery planning. Track progress, dependencies and risks, proactively addressing issues and delays. Stakeholder & Intake Management Act as primary point of contact between the Visual & Content and internal clients (Brand & Comms Strategy, Acquisition, Product, Retail, Sponsorships, Snaifun). Collect, structure and validate incoming requests, ensuring clarity of scope and objectives, consistency with brand guidelines and strategic priorities and feasibility in terms of timing and resources. Support prioritization of requests in alignment with business needs and team capacity. Governance & Delivery Control Ensure all activities follow defined processes, approval flows and validation steps, especially with Brand & Communication Strategy. Monitor deadlines and delivery quality, ensuring commitments are met. Support coordination with external creative agencies, managing timelines, deliverables and dependencies. Maintain documentation, briefs, timelines and status updates. Operational Support & Continuous Improvement Support the optimization of workflows, tools and processes to improve efficiency and scalability. Contribute to the definition and evolution of the best operational practices within the Visual & Content team. Enable smooth collaboration between visual, content and project stakeholders. What You’ll Bring Strong project coordination and planning capabilities. Experience managing multiple streams of work in parallel. Ability to structure briefs, timelines and priorities clearly. Familiarity with creative production workflows (visual and content). Confidence in coordinating external suppliers or agencies Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Clear and assertive communication. Ability to manage stakeholders with different priorities. Attention to detail and follow-through. Calm and structured approach under pressure. Project management and planning tools (e.g. Jira, Asana, Trello or equivalent). Documentation and collaboration tools. Familiarity with CMS or creative workflows is a plus. 3–5 years of experience in project coordination or project management roles, preferably in: creative, marketing or communication environments and agencies or complex in-house teams. Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders is essential. Exposure to regulated or brand-driven environments is a plus.
