The original shoe they made, the Sebago Classic beefroll penny loafer, is still handsewn with the finest craftsmanship today, just as it was back then.More at We Are Looking ForFor our Sebago store in Milano , we are looking for experienced Sales Assistants.As a Sales Assistant, your goal is to provide customer service and sales excellence.You will be responsible for ensuring that the store consistently has an appearance that encourages sales through maintenance of order, cleanliness and completeness of the range.You will be expected to ensure courtesy, friendliness and kindness, collaborating positively with the team.Key responsibilitiesSupporting the customer in the sale;Maintaining, managing and handling merchandise on display;Replenishing stock in order to ensure maximum levels of merchandise availability in the department;Maintaining order and cleanliness in the store;Managing fitting rooms following company guidelines;Knowledge, Skills and Abilities requiredPrevious experience as Sales Assistant in established retail reality (fashion and footwear field);Excellent knowledge of English language (any other languages will be considered plus);Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;Reliability, dynamism, courtesy and flexibility in schedules.Placement on a fixed-term contract, full time (40 hours per week).BasicNet is committed to creating a supportive and motivating work environment, promoting collaboration and open dialogue, welcoming every voice and idea.
