Con questo ruolo crescerai all’interno di un ambiente logistico dinamico e di supporto alle operazioni di distribuzione nell’area del Nord-Est. Supporteremo le operazioni quotidiane in un contesto di magazzino complesso; Ci occuperemo della gestione dei rapporti con i fornitori di servizi logistici terzi, monitorando i livelli di servizio e supportando l’aggiornamento dei contratti; Contribuiremo al mantenimento e all’aggiornamento di dashboard per il monitoraggio dei KPI e delle eventuali penali di servizio; Acquisiremo una conoscenza approfondita dei flussi logistici di distribuzione e proporremo miglioramenti dei processi; Collaboreremo con il personale diretto e indiretto per garantire la fluidità delle operazioni; Apprenderemo e applicheremo le migliori pratiche in ambito consegna e logistica del servizio per il settore beverage; Comunicheremo in modo efficace ed efficiente con gli stakeholder interni, in particolare con il team commerciale, per assicurare il rispetto delle aspettative di servizio; Utilizzeremo strumenti e sistemi analitici (preferibilmente SAP) a supporto di decisioni basate sui dati; Contribuiremo attivamente alla risoluzione dei problemi.
