Before you apply, please read through our Cultural Manifesto ️ ABOUT THE ROLE JOB TITLE: FP&A & Business Controller LOCATION: Milan (Hybrid) TYPE OF CONTRACT: Permanent, full time SALARY RANGE: €45K–€55K gross annually What you'll do: Owning and delivering periodic reporting (P&L, cash flow, KPIs, variance analysis) across business units and departments. Supporting the budgeting process and quarterly forecasts, ensuring accuracy and alignment across teams. Conducting cost controlling and performance analysis to monitor profitability and efficiency. Acting as a business partner for marketing, operations, and product teams, providing financial insights to guide strategic decisions. Collaborating with tech and BI teams to improve financial data automation and build scalable reporting tools. Continuously improving processes within FP&A and management control. What we’re looking for: 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, controlling, or financial analysis roles within dynamic and fast‑paced environments. Strong analytical skills and excellent command of Excel and Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, data automation). High level of precision, attention to detail, and reliability — you are meticulous and organized. Proactive, hands‑on approach: you take ownership and act quickly to solve problems. Fluency in Italian (written and spoken) Fluent in English (written and spoken) Solid understanding of financial statements and key performance metrics. Experience with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI) and ERP systems is a plus.
